Boil 2 cups of water in a pot and add the ramen noodles. Cook for 3 minutes.

Stir in the soup base packet and mix well.
STEP 3
While the noodles cook, heat sesame oil in a pan, sauté sliced onions,
then add beef belly slices and soy sauce. Cook until browned.
STEP 4
Pour the cooked ramen and broth into a bowl, then top with the beef, onions,
green onions, a soft-boiled egg, and ichimi (Japanese red chili powder).
