Yakiniku Beef Bowl Ramen

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 packet of Sapporo Ichiban Original Flavor Ramen
  • 2 cups of water
  • 3.5-5 oz. Beef belly slices
  • 1/4 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 soft-boiled egg
  • Ichimi (Japanese red chili powder)


Directions

 

 

STEP 1

Boil 2 cups of water in a pot and add the ramen noodles. Cook for 3 minutes.

 

 

STEP 2

Stir in the soup base packet and mix well.

 

 

STEP 3

While the noodles cook, heat sesame oil in a pan, sauté sliced onions,
then add beef belly slices and soy sauce. Cook until browned.

 

 

STEP 4

Pour the cooked ramen and broth into a bowl, then top with the beef, onions,
green onions, a soft-boiled egg, and ichimi (Japanese red chili powder).

 

 

STEP 5

Serve and Enjoy!
