Shio BLT Ramen

5 minutes. Serves 4.

 

Liven up your Sapporo Ichiban Shio Ramen and incorporate an American Classic. The Shio BLT is the afterschool snack you wish you had growing up!


Ingredients:

  • 3 slices ‏Bacon
  • ½ ‏Head of Lettuce
  • 4 ‏Eggs
  • ‏Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ‏Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon ‏Vegetable Oil

Directions

 

 

STEP 1

Prepare boiled eggs then slice. Slice bacon thinly and chop lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

 

 

STEP 2

Fry bacon and lettuce lightly with salt and pepper.

 

 

STEP 3

Add ramen to toppings and serve.

TIP

Wait until the very end to add toppings to prevent the lettuce from getting soggy.
