Sesame Miso Ramen

Serves 1

Cook time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages Sapporo Ichiban Miso Ramen
  • 1.5 ounces radish, julienned
  • 1/3 large carrot, julienned
  • 2 kale leaves, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups soy milk
  • 1/3 block extra firm tofu cut into one-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds



Directions

 

 

STEP 1

In a pot, bring 1 ½ cups of water and soy milk to a boil.
Add ramen, radish, carrots, tofu and kale and cook for 3 minutes.

 

 

STEP 2

Remove from heat and add attached seasoning packet. Stir until dissolved.

 

 

STEP 3

Transfer the contents of the pot into a bowl.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with attached shichimi spices.
