Mason Jar Ramen Salad

Fresh and Convenient

Ingredients:

 

Salad

  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1⁄3 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 Persian cucumber, sliced
  • 1⁄2 lb Chicken breast, shredded
  • 1⁄2 cup Mandarin orange
  • 1⁄3 cup Cashews
  • Noodles (1⁄2 for 1 person)
  • Romaine lettuce

Dressing

  • Sapporo Ichiban Soup Packet
  • 1 tsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • A little bit of grated ginger
  • Sesame seeds



Directions

 

 

STEP 1

Mix dressing ingredients together

 

 

STEP 2

Assemble the salad: In a 32 oz glass jar, add dressing, green onions and the remaining ingredients.

 

 

STEP 3

Ready to serve!
