STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
STEP 2
Place the dry ramen noodles into a ziplock bag and use a rolling pin to break it into small pieces.
Add the seasoning and mix to combine.
STEP 3
Place the chicken wings on a plate and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Transfer into a large mixing bowl.

Season with potato starch, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix to coat each wing thoroughly.
STEP 5
In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs to prepare the egg wash.
STEP 6
Dip the floured chicken wings into the egg wash then ramen coating.
STEP 7
Place the chicken onto the prepared baking sheet. Spray with avocado oil and bake for 45-50 minutes.
STEP 8
For a more crispy texture, broil on low for several minutes.
