Cheesy Creamy Tonkotsu Ramen

Rich, cheesy upgrade!

Serves: 3
Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 packs Sapporo Ichiban Japanese Tonkotsu Ramen
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 2 slice of cheese (your favorite type)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • Japanese chili powder (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Directions

STEP 1

In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for about 2 minutes.

STEP 2

Reduce the heat to low. Stir in 1 1/2 cup of almond milk (or your choice of milk) to create a creamy base.

STEP 3

Add the Sapporo Ichiban soup base packet to the pot and stir well until the broth is fully mixed and smooth.

STEP 4

Toss in fresh spinach to add a pop of green. Let it wilt in the broth.

STEP 5

Drop 2 slices of cheese into the pot, letting it melt into the broth for a rich, cheesy flavor.

STEP 6

If you like a bit of heat, sprinkle in Japanese chili powder to taste.

STEP 7

Ladle the creamy, cheesy ramen into a bowl and top with chopped green onions for a fresh finish.
