STEP 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook ramen noodles for 1.5 minutes.
Drain and reserve 1 cup of water.
STEP 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together ramen seasoning, cane sugar, heavy cream, mayonnaise and reserved cooking water.
STEP 3
In a cast iron pan, melt the butter and add the corn, salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
STEP 4
Add the cooked noodles, pour in liquid mixture and mix to combine.
STEP 5
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Broil on high for a few minutes until golden brown.
STEP 6
Garnish with green onion and serve immediately.
