STEP 1
In a small bowl, mix gochujang, sesame oil, 2 yakisoba seasoning packets, and doubanjiang until smooth.
STEP 2
In a large pan, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat.
Add the onion and cook until softened, then add the garlic chives, stirring until fragrant. Set aside.
STEP 3
In the same pan, bring 600ml of water to a boil, then add the noodles.
STEP 4
Once the noodles are cooked, add the spicy sauce mix and sautéed vegetables to the pan and stir everything together.
STEP 5
Divide the noodles into portions, top each with a fried egg and chili oil and enjoy!
