Ingredients
- 1 package Sapporo Ichiban Yuzu Chicken Ramen
- 2 slices cooked chicken
- 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4–5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 boiled egg, halved
- Shredded nori
- Ice cubes
- Cold water, according to package directions
Directions
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions until they reach your preferred texture.
Drain the noodles and rinse them thoroughly under cold running water until completely chilled. Shake off any excess water.
In a serving bowl, combine the seasoning packet with the amount of cold water indicated on the package. Stir well until the seasoning is fully dissolved.
Add a few ice cubes to keep the broth extra cold and refreshing, then add the chilled noodles to the bowl.
Top with cooked chicken, sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, boiled egg, and shredded nori. Serve & enjoy!
