Serves: 2
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Bowl of water (for soaking rice paper)
  • 2 packs of Sapporo Ichiban ramen (any flavor)
  • Your choice of fillings (e.g., veggies, eggs, meat)

Directions

STEP

Prepare your ingredients like carrots, eggs, and meat, then set aside. Feel free to replace these ingredients with others you prefer.

STEP

Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.
NOTE: Keep the seasoning packets for later!

STEP

Once the ramen is done, drain fully. In a bowl, add ramen and seasoning packets. Mix well to coat the noodles thoroughly.

STEP

It’s wrapping time! Soak the rice paper wrappers in water until soft. Remove and quickly fill with noodles and ingredients before it has time to harden again.

STEP

Roll the ingredients in the rice paper to make spring rolls. If you’ve ever wrapped a burrito or sandwhich wrap, it’s the same technique. Serve & enjoy!
