Serves: 1
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Sapporo Ichiban Shoyu Ramen
  • 200 ml water
  • Sausages (as much as you like)
  • 1 bowl cooked white rice (approx. 200g)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 egg

Directions

STEP

Crush the ramen noodles into tiny pieces. We recommend keeping them in the package and smashing it with the bottom of a cup or rolling over it with a rolling pin. This will keep the bits from flying everywhere!

STEP

Slice the sausages into ⅓ inch pieces.

STEP

In a frying pan, add the crushed noodles, sausages, and water into a frying pan over medium heat.

STEP

Once the water is mostly evaporated, add the cooked rice, sesame oil, chopped green onions, beaten egg, and some of the ramen soup powder, adjusting the amount to taste. Stir fry everything together until cooked all the way through.

STEP

Serve & enjoy!
